Week 12

Ara helped me prepare the sandwiches before Mere and Edgar arrived. It's amazing how much faster the assembly line goes with two people.

Edgar helped us drive this week.



This man usually takes an extra lunch for his friend that has a tent inside the parking lot. We hear him call out "Hey! Come get your lunch!" as we drive away each week. Sometimes there are two or tree more people with him. One week we gave him three bags because we thought there were only three people with him, not noticing a fourth person sleeping. As we were driving away, I noticed he passed out the bags to the other three people instead of keeping one for himself. What a amazing, selfless person he is. We made sure to drive around and give him another package.
