Letter To My Friends and Family
Dear Friends and Family, I started Lunch Bunch 9 years ago and each year my dedication to our community by ending hunger grows stronger. This year I have served more than 1,000 meals to the homeless and hungry of Los Angeles. Thank you for your continued support over the years! I am writing to share more exciting news with you, also an upcoming community event. It is with great excitement I announce the new site with events , resources , recipes, picture gallery and more has launched! Check out www.LunchBunch.org and be sure to leave a comment of what you think.There are updates daily and suggestions are welcome. In the works is a community lunch event at the end of July. The event will include lunch, toiletries and more; these items are currently being collected. Recently I have seen an influx of homeless in the Sunland-Tujunga, Sun Valley area and felt an event to provide necessities, that is open to all is needed.
