Eggs! Some Nutritional Information

Eggs are a delicious snack that is packed with protein and good for you vitamins. I like to use hard-boiled eggs in LB as a side snack or chopped as a salad topping. They are reasonably priced so it is easy to add them to a meal. For the last two months I have received large food donations from Trader Joe's which have included many dozens of eggs.
